Fence Installers & Helpers

Work with the installation crew to build residential, commercial, farm, and specialty fencing.

  • Layout, post setting, framing, panels, wire, and gate hardware
  • Load, unload, carry, and organize job materials
  • Protect customer property and leave a clean jobsite
  • Follow plans, measurements, safety practices, and crew direction
02 / LEADERSHIP

Crew Leads

Keep the day organized, guide the crew, and make sure the finished work matches the approved scope.

  • Review job details and confirm the material plan
  • Direct daily installation work and quality checks
  • Communicate jobsite questions or changes early
  • Keep the crew, tools, and customer property safe
03 / TECHNICAL

Automated Gate & Access Control

Install or service gate operators, safety devices, keypads, readers, and related access-control equipment.

  • Assist with operator, control, and access-device installation
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, low-voltage, and system issues
  • Document completed work and explain system operation
  • Experience requirements vary with the technical role
04 / OPERATIONS

Yard, Stain & Repair Operations

Support the crews by keeping materials ready, completing stain work, and handling scheduled repairs or callbacks.

  • Organize the yard, storage container, tools, and materials
  • Track needed stock and distribute materials to installers
  • Complete on-site fence staining and maintain stain equipment
  • Support future pre-staining, repairs, and service work
